Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their prices accurately. Prices shown in currencies other than Indian Rupees (INR) are for reference only, based on approximate exchange rates — all orders are charged in INR at checkout, regardless of the currency displayed while browsing. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of use (such as minimum order value, expiry, or first-order-only eligibility) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and have no cash value.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only to the countries listed as available at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by our shipping partners, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, conditions, and the refund process are as described at the time you request a return through our site. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may check out as a guest without creating an account.
